Proposed Schedule: Up to 19.75 hours per week. Shifts will vary.
The Mobile Oral Health Clinical Dental Hygienist is responsible for promoting and participating in all activities related to the planning, implementation and evaluation of a preventive, educational and therapeutic mobile oral health program throughout the HHHN service area, as well as the delivery of dental hygiene services in schools and other community settings.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
• Conduct patient assessment, prophylaxis, apply sealants, fluoride treatments and other clinical dental hygiene services as necessary, according to the NYS Statute and Regulations, Dental Hygiene Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures of HHHN and the Mobile Oral Health Services...
