At Kansas City Clinic Advisors, we’re looking for a Scheduling Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you’ll support healthcare clinics across the United States by assisting patients with appointment scheduling, inbound and outbound calls, and administrative coordination through scheduling platforms and healthcare systems. We’re looking for someone organized, patient-focused, and excited to be part of a dynamic and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments through internal systems and scheduling apps.
• Assist patients with general questions related to appointments, providers, and clinic workflows.
• Accurately document patient interactions and appointment updates in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling operations and patient communication.
