Wellbound CHHA is currently seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator to support our Scheduling Department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and committed to ensuring all scheduling needs are met in alignment with the company’s operational and patient care objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, schedule, and organize the provision of healthcare services to patients.

• Proactively collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve scheduling goals and support agency operations.
