Job Description
A client in Atlanta is looking to hire a scheduling coordinator to work on a new client that they’ve been contracted to perform broadband installation services. This person will be responsible for scheduling the AT&T technician for the installation as well as doing day of support for the installation itself. This work could also include supporting various new customers that are looking to move from POTS lines (plain old telephone service) to a VOIP solution, which would involve scheduling technicians to perform site surveys.
