Reporting to the Director, Flight Dispatch, this role is responsible for the overall management and creation of the employee work schedules for both Flight Dispatch and Weight and Balance, as well as managing vacation, shift, and training bids within each unit. The role is also accountable for managing the absenteeism program for the Flight Dispatch and Weight and Balance front line employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the monthly employee schedules for the Flight Dispatchers and Weight and Balance agents in accordance with the current applicable collective agreements.
