Overview


An Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) Coordinator oversees daily administrative operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care in a specialized outpatient setting. Key responsibilities include patient customer service, vendor coordination, administrative inventory and ordering, and patient billing services. AIS Coordinator partners with clinical leadership and staff to ensure the site maintains high standards to ensure optimal patient experience.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm


Responsibilities


+ Monitors daily clinic flow and coordinate with nursing staff regarding patient schedules and chair/room utilization

+ Supports appointment scheduling workflows and manage patient reminder communications, as applicable
