As a Surgical Services Clerk at ProMedica, you will make appointments and schedule surgical procedures. You will provide support to clinical staff and keep records of departmental activity.
Accountabilities
+ Understands scheduling system, able to schedule procedures accurately and expediently.
+ Process charts in a timely manner, accurately and consistently. Maintains records and statistics as required.
+ Collaborates with all members of the health care team and physician offices to promote a seamless patient care continuum. Facilitates prompt, efficient patient services through organizing, prioritizing, and performing clerical activities.
+ Acts as a resource to physicians and staff regarding departmental issues....
