The Role

Are you a technical expert in scenic fabrication with a passion for seeing complex designs come to life?

We are looking for a Scenic Production Manager to act as the technical authority for design-and-build projects at our Shropshire hub. This is a hands‑on, workshop‑interfacing role where you will bridge the gap between creative concepts and physical reality. You will own the fabrication strategy, choosing the right materials and methods to ensure every project is buildable, cost‑effective, and finished to a world‑class standard.
