We are seeking a Scale-Up Engineer to help bridge the gap between lab-scale innovation and real-world deployment. This role sits at the intersection of mechanical design, process engineering, and system integration, and will play a critical role in building EELI’s pilot-scale systems.

As a Scale-Up Engineer, you will design, build, and iterate on electrochemical reactor systems and supporting process infrastructure. You will work closely with the founding team to translate experimental insights into functional, scalable hardware.
