We are constantly growing and are currently looking for (8) Scaffolding Foreman (Supervisor) to join a top qualified and knowledgeable Project Construction Team in one of projects in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates.

What you will need to do:

• Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding erection modification and dismantling activities on site.
• Ensure all scaffolding works comply with project specifications approved method statements and safety standards.
• Lead and manage scaffolding crews providing technical guidance direction and on-the-job support.
• Conduct inspection tagging and certification of scaffolds (Scafftag system) to ensure safe usage.
• Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with construction QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
