The Saw Operator sets up, operates, and maintains saw equipment to prepare steel materials for fabrication, while supporting a variety of fabrication processes. **Responsibilities**

+ Operate and maintain saw equipment, including band saws and other cutting machinery, to process steel materials according to specifications.
+ Measure, mark, and cut steel materials accurately using a tape measure and other measuring tools.
+ Assist in the setup and calibration of saw equipment to ensure precise and consistent cuts.
+ Inspect raw materials and finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to engineering drawings.
