The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the performance and precision of saws and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient mill operations. The starting pay rate for this position is $25.83 per hour, progressing up to $35.27 per hour based on skill level and experience.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Level and tension saws.
+ Sharpen saws.
+ Band wheel grinding.
+ Operate a variety of sharpening machines and hand tools.
+ Check for wear and tear.
+ Repair saw blades for sawmill and planer mill according to customer's or manufacturer's specifications, using hand tools, machine tools, and welding equipment.
+ Examine saws for defects.
+ Cut broken teeth from saw.
