The Savoury cook will be working on the chaat section at Bombay SweetShop.The ideal candidate should possess basic knife skills, interested in cooking, time management and communication abilities. The cooksresponsibility is to help the section head to execute the menu, help in basic prep and also contribute in research and development of new food items.

He/She must be also open to learn how to make sweets, ice creams, chikki and other products at the sweet shop. The Savoury cook will report to the section head and theSous Chef. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but arenot limited to the following: Comply with Standards of kitchen operations and hygiene of theestablishment.
