CASI/VSAT configuration, troubleshooting, and operation are needed for this position.

Provides field support for the Army Logistics Information Systems (LIS) at Unit or Installation level Support activities.

Provides over the shoulder technical assistance or training, troubleshooting, software installation, software updates, and software fixes.

Performing software, hardware, network troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution.

Assists Information Assurance staff with all documentation required for accreditation and any other associated directives and regulations.

Performing analysis of system operations.
