Position: SAP SuccessFactors PY Lead

Location: Spain (Remote)

The Role

We are currently in the market for a Payroll Lead with focus on SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll. The Payroll Lead will be a HCM / Payroll expert and be responsible for preparation and execution of payroll related client workshops. In addition, this person will be responsible for overall solution design and be able to perform as a solution architect when needed. An ability to manage, lead and mentor other consultants is also required.

The right candidate will provide functional and technical advice to clients in SuccessFactors design on HCM / HR Payroll. They will be proficient in leading workshops with the client, manage client expectations and communicate to senior stakeholders on implementation progress and solution design. A Lead will also be expected to provide strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications.
