Overview

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to drive the design and delivery of integration and reporting solutions across a complex, global enterprise operating across multiple business clusters, legal entities, and joint ventures . The role will lead all aspects of system integration, data flows, and reporting architecture across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances , legacy systems, and fragmented HR tools, ensuring seamless connectivity, accurate data exchange, and actionable insights for business decision‑making.
