Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors & Employee Central Payroll Consultant (w/m/d)

Arbeitsort:  Hamburg

Aufgaben, die Dir gefallen werden

  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der HR‑ und Payroll‑Prozesse in einem dynamischen Retail‑Umfeld
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Payroll, IT sowie externen Partnern – von der Anforderung bis zur Umsetzung
  • Begleitung von Change Requests, Releases sowie Hypercare‑ und Post‑Go‑Live‑Phasen und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs
  • Durchführung von Schulungen für End‑ und Key‑User sowie nachhaltiger Wissenstransfer
  • Verantwortung für HR‑Schnittstellen, Reporting und Compliance‑Themen (inkl. SOX) sowie Qualitätssicherung und Fehlerbehebung

    • Voraussetzungen, die Du mitbringst

  • Hands-on Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management und ECP
