DXC Technology is expanding its SAP SuccessFactors delivery capability across the UK and Europe. We are looking for skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultants who can engage throughout the full project lifecycle and deliver modern HR solutions for clients across different industries.

About the Role

The SAP SuccessFactors EC Functional Consultant will design, configure, and optimize Employee Central to support global HR processes and integration with payroll systems such as ECP.

This role requires expertise in EC configuration, data models, security, workflows, and business rules, as well as strong interaction with HR and IT stakeholders.

Due to the nature of our clients work we can only consider sole British Nationals that have lived and worked in the UK consecutively for the past 5 years, unfortunately we are unable to consider dual nationals currently.
