SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant Mid to Senior (South Africa)

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant to support implementations and provide ongoing support for our clients. This is a permanent role which is largely remote.

Responsibilities

• Delivering full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, including hands‑on experience with Employee Records, Time and Attendance, and Position Management.
• Ensuring the system adheres to local labour laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements related to time off and attendance.
• Integrating the Time Off module with other HR and financial systems to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy, particularly regarding payroll and benefits.
