Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Lead to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise compensation and incentive management solutions across a complex global environment. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules across multiple instances, supporting diverse business clusters, legal entities, and joint ventures while ensuring alignment with global compensation strategies, local regulations, and evolving business requirements. This role requires strong expertise in compensation planning, variable pay design, integration architecture, stakeholder management, and HR transformation delivery within large-scale global organizations.
