Responsibilities

• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to gather requirements and align business processes with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud best practices
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD solutions across Order-to-Cash processes
• Advise stakeholders on standard SAP Public Cloud functionality and support process transformation initiatives
• Configure and support key SD areas including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, returns, and customer management
• Work closely with business users to identify process improvements and maximise adoption of standard SAP functionality
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical and integration teams where required
