Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD implementation / rollout / support projects across geographies

• Design and configure end-to-end OTC (Order to Cash) processes

• Work as a Solution Architect, ensuring integration with MM, FI, WM and

external systems

• Drive S/4HANA transformation / rollout programs

• Collaborate with middleware/integration teams (SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.)

• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), design documents, and test

strategies

• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare support

• Interact with global stakeholders and translate business needs into technical

solutions

• Conduct end-user training, documentation, and KT sessions
