• Serve as the regional subject matter expert to oversee SAP retail platform
• Lead SAP project planning sessions and ensure projects are delivered on‑time and within scope, maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources
