Key Responsibilities

• Agile Delivery : Define user stories and collaborate with quality/operations teams to deliver technical functionality.
• Solution Design : Partner with application and infrastructure teams to design strategic technical solutions for QA.
• System Support : Maintain ERP systems in compliance with company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and FDA GMP regulations.
• Documentation : Create and update system lifecycle documents, SOPs, SOIs, Change Control processes, and job aids.
• Continuous Improvement : Participate in Lean Sigma initiatives and maintain a strong commitment to company safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills
