They are currently looking for a strong functional SAP Logistics (PM/MM) consultant for their ERP applications support team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support to their global clients.

Responsibilities

• Investigate problems and deliver efficient solutions for their support clients
• Call maintenance including complete documentation of progress and resolution using their global support tool
• Participate in on-call rotation for after hours support (evenings & weekends)
• Gather user requirements for change/enhancement requests and where necessary work with technical support to translate them into design specifications
• Estimate effort for change requests
