In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a team of multiple GSRs in Mexico. Your direct manager will be located in the US. Your primary objective will be to create a new Shared Service for SAP Basis and Security & Controls (SnC) that will support the existing dedicated Basis and SnC teams. You will lead this team consisting of 8 GSRs in Mexico. You will be tasked with streamlining and documenting processes across the various dedicated teams to enhance the efficiency of your Shared Service team and alleviate the workload of the existing teams. You will work closely together with all the other LL6s across the globe since this will be a highly collaborative team.
