Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Unterstützung des Abteilungsleiters ERP bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten im SAP Finance & Controlling-Umfeld
  • Übernahme einer zentralen Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen der ERP-Abteilung sowie den Bereichen Finanzen und Controlling
  • Planung, Organisation und Moderation regelmäßiger Abstimmungs- und Projektmeetings
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Finance & Controlling-Prozessen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und Systemanbietern im SAP Finance & Controlling-Umfeld
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Präsentationen für die Abteilungsleitung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der Migration auf SAP S/4HANA
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Teilprojekten sowie Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden SAP Finance & Controlling-Projekten
