• Deep understanding and experience with the SAP Utilities Industry Solution (IS-U)
• Deep understanding of Customer Service processes in the Utilities Industry
• Experience with the SAP CCS solution in a utility environment.
• Work Design, GIS, Mobile Workforce Management
• Project Systems (Large Capital Projects)
• Mobile Workforce Management (Crew Scheduling; Dispatch; Mobile Data Collection)
• Materials Management
• Services Procurement / Full Time/Permanentor Management
