Job Description
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (3 years)
• Experience working in the HR Domain, with Knowledge of multiple functional areas (3 years)
• Understanding of data modeling techniques and experience working with relational database concepts and data (3 years)
• Experience documenting processes around data collection and reporting
• Experience developing HR Data Metrics (3 years)
• Working Knowledge of SAP Business Objects
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for developing dashboards
