Job Description
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules including US Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management - Design and document payroll business requirements and functional specifications - Configure SAP HCM US Payroll solutions as per business needs - Maintain documentation standards across development and implementation lifecycle - Supervise application build, testing, and deployment activities - Drive test planning, execution, and validation of payroll systems - Integrate SAP HCM with SAP FICO and third-party payroll systems - Configure and maintain BSI Tax Factory for payroll processing - Work with schemas, rules, functions, and custom operations in SAP payroll - Support US year-end payroll processing and compliance activities
