Job Responsibilities
: Address and resolve database incidents promptly to minimize downtime. Monitor events, handle alerts, and manage database outages to restore services quickly. Process service requests for database changes and enhancements. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring database issues. Support the implementation of standard and custom database builds. Provide operational support for HANA and MS-SQL databases. Ensure adherence to backup and recovery processes. Optimize database performance and manage alert monitoring. Decommission systems/servers following proper protocols as needed. Job Requirements
