Key Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops; define global template, fit gap and solution blueprint.


• Own configuration strategy for FI/CO and integration points with MM/SD/PS/PM.


• Drive data migration support (GL balances, open items, assets) and reconciliation.


• Define testing strategy, supervise SIT/UAT, signoffs and audit evidence.


• Design authorization concepts (in collaboration with security team).


• Manage cutover plan, hyper care readiness, training approach and KT.
