Position: SAP EWM Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and support of critical business systems, with a primary focus on the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module.
• Assess business requirements and provide effort estimates for enhancements and projects within the assigned module.
• Prepare and maintain essential documentation such as Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, and other related materials.
• Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing; facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with AMS/3rd-party support teams.
• Provide hypercare support following project go-live activities.
• Collaborate with vendors on project delivery, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Address and resolve day-to-day queries and concerns from end users.
