Job Description
Planned for Conversion to FTE
Remote
Preferably Chennai and The resource will be required to work a night shift on a
rotational basis approximately once every 5 to 6 weeks.

Task
Description: • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP EWM (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes).
• Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLAs.
