Job Description
- Knowledge of front-office operations over SAP Customer Experience suite, C/4HANA and interactions with Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Service cloud for Customer journey.
- -Understand what Customer Data Platforms capabilities and showcase to Client about benefit of available features.
- - Able to manage core use cases to fully manage CDP implementation from business process mapping to designing an implementation that enables the development of uses cases for end-to-end delivery.
- Collaborate with Digital Strategists and Data Engineers on customer data platforms integrations and technical implementations. Knowledge of consent-based Customer data model, privacy compliance, social login & preference management in C/4HANA stack.
- Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
