Responsibilities

Perform manual content testing to ensure accuracy and consistency across all pre-sign-on pages.

Validate that mockups match live pages precisely and align with design specifications.

Review and test against the copy deck, confirming that all text and content changes are implemented correctly.

Identify and report discrepancies between mockups, copy decks, and published content.

Collaborate closely with the team to communicate requirements, clarify issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

Maintain detailed documentation of changes and testing results for transparency and quality assurance.

Participate in team discussions, share feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of content QA processes.
