SAP BRIM / Subscription Billing Production Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve SAP BRIM production issues
• Support Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, Provider Contracts, and RAR processes
• Troubleshoot failed/stuck orders, billing, invoicing, and revenue transactions
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate production fixes
• Validate downstream finance and reporting impacts
• Document issue resolution, approvals, and audit evidence
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on SAP BRIM / Subscription Billing experience
• Knowledge of SOM, CI, Provider Contracts, and RAR
• Strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) process understanding
• Experience in SaaS/subscription business environments
