SAP BRIM / Subscription Billing Production Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve SAP BRIM production issues
Support Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, Provider Contracts, and RAR processes
Troubleshoot failed/stuck orders, billing, invoicing, and revenue transactions
Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate production fixes
Validate downstream finance and reporting impacts
Document issue resolution, approvals, and audit evidence
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Required Skills
Strong hands-on SAP BRIM / Subscription Billing experience
Knowledge of SOM, CI, Provider Contracts, and RAR
Strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) process understanding
Experience in SaaS/subscription business environments
Excellent analytical and production support skills
