Position's General Duties and Tasks

In these roles you will be responsible for:

• SAP Basis & Security Technical for Traditional AMS Services. Excellent communication skills.
• Work on support projects, upgrade/OS/DB migration.
• Handle AMS projects/tickets with a minimum of 3 end‑to‑end BW implementation experiences.
• Support ECC, PI, BW, APO, GATP, BODS systems.
• Perform SAP administration, support package, printer configuration, BEx installation, and Solution Manager tasks.
• Plan and execute database upgrades, verification, and performance optimization.
• Define standard operating procedures for backups, restoration, and change management.
• Coordinate with functional teams, manage profiles/roles, and recommend best practices.
