JOB DETAILS

1) Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all production areas, including equipment, machinery, walls, floors, and ceilings.
2) Prepare room for cleaning by sweeping up excess produce/trash on floor using a broom or shovel.

3) Hose down equipment and machinery with water hoses and apply foam to all surfaces in production areas.

4) Scrub/Brush/Hand clean equipment and machinery as needed, and rinse foam from equipment and machinery.

5) Apply sanitizer and oil/air mixture to all surfaces

6) Have the ability to read and understand chemical warnings

7) Disassemble equipment for cleaning purposes and be able to reassemble the same equipment

8) Clean receiving dock

9) Carry waste outside to trash bins

10) Document daily cleaning on Sanitation Forms.

11) Be able to inspect other’s work as well as own work.
