In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing all sanitation activities within our Pilgrim’s poultry processing plant. You’ll ensure the facility meets all sanitation, food safety, and regulatory standards while supporting efficient plant operations. Working primarily on the production floor during sanitation shifts, you’ll coordinate sanitation team duties, monitor cleaning processes and equipment, and verify compliance with USDA, OSHA, and company sanitation procedures.
