We are seeking a dedicated candidate for a 1st shift position working Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This role involves standing under a bucket of black sand, pulling a cord to release the sand into a box, and shaking the box to compact the sand. This process is crucial for allowing pourers to pour liquid metal into the box to create molds.

**Responsibilities**

+ Stand under a bucket holding black sand.
+ Pull cord to release sand into a box.
+ Shake the box to compact sand.
+ Prepare molds for pourers to pour liquid metal.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in the manufacturing industry.
