Arranging School daily operation services:

• Room/facilities arrangement for schedule, availability in coordination with Academic 
• Managing facility/venue renting procedure with third partied (controlling the schedule and venue availability to maximize revenue)
• Managing outside vendor such canteen and FB vendor on daily basis and on certain event
• School Shuttle Bus arrangement for daily schedule and other needs for school and office
• Operational car & taxi arrangement for schedule based on needs and priority.
• Providing and arranging school and office daily needs ATK, Water, etc.
•  Supporting Academic team for providing material needs in every terms.
• Providing and arranging students’ needs daily books, uniform in SASHOP and meals (catering) in coordination with catering vendor.
