POSITION TITLE: Sample Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall management of the omni assortment samples for all departments within the Men's & Women's Bottoms division. Assist in hitting sample deadlines in order to adhere to the photo studio schedule. Support Manager in working closely with Functional Leads across Omni Merchandising, Business Strategies and Marketing to enable successful execution.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:


+ Develop basic understanding of nuances across the Brand to assist manager w/ properly coordinated sample deadlines in order to support evolving Business needs.

+ Track sample completion for all departments within the Men's & Women's Bottoms areas.

+ Consistently communicates updates and/or business related issues to Manager and merchants in a timely manner.

+ Assist teams in communicating impact when sample deadlines are not met.
