Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead design and development efforts, drive best practices, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions in the Insurance domain
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce FSC implementations
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Insurance lifecycle processes (lead to policy servicing)
• Drive integration strategy and implementation (CTI, SSO, external systems)
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
