Job Description

  • Owns the complete Salesforce Service Cloud Solution and Technical Architecture.
  • The ideal candidate has a mix of CRM processes including Architecture design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on conducting technical discussions/ workshops, and complete solution architecture definition.
  • Lead the team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of solutions.
  • Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.
  • Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.
  • Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.
