Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or delivery experience
- Proven experience independently leading Salesforce delivery projects
- Experience managing teams of at least 4 team members
- Strong consulting experience in client‑facing environments
- Familiarity with insurance business processes and customer journeys
- Strong experience leading Sales Cloud projects
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party applications such as WhatsApp, Google, and Meta.
- Hands‑on expertise in Apex, APIs, integration patterns, and data migration/synchronization.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across regional and cross‑functional teams
- Experience preparing technical and functional design documents
