- Architect end-to-end, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions for large enterprise clients secure, scalable, and built to last
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, defining CRM strategy, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams across the full project lifecycle
- Design integration strategies using APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures alongside robust data governance frameworks
- Establish architectural standards, enforce platform best practices, and mentor the next generation of Salesforce talent
- Contribute to pre-sales activities scoping, estimating, and designing winning proposals
