Responsibilities

• Test Strategy and Process Ownership
  • Define, document, and improve QA strategies for multi-org Salesforce environments
  • Develop QA processes, templates, and standards
  • Author test plans and cases aligned with requirements
  • Establish quality gates across development stages
• Test Execution and Coverage
  • Lead functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Validate configurations, custom development (Apex, LWC), and API integrations
