Job Description
Drive the design of cutting-edge loyalty programs at your fingertips with our Salesforce Lead role. This position focuses on developing solutions that enhance customer engagement through omni-channel loyalty experiences.
As a Salesforce Lead, you will design and implement loyalty programs tailored to complex business scenarios. Key responsibilities include leveraging Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud, assisting in the architecture of real-time integrations, and customizing features using Apex and LWC. You’ll also need to maintain high standards of compliance and lead testing efforts.
